Brief Description of Package: a) The hired vehicle will be rented on a daily basis for 2 (two) days (12.05.2026 and 19.05.2026). The dates may be changed if necessary b) The supplier must bear the cost of the fuel required for the supplied vehicle c) The vehicle, along with the driver, must be ready for use from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM d) The driver’s wages and all other expenses must be fully borne by the vehicle-supplying company. The vehicle’s registration certificate, tax token, fitness certificate, and all other necessary documents must be valid and up to date. e) The vehicles will be used for lifting and transporting examination materials for the officers of the Department of Environment, located in Dhaka city, for recruitment examinations. The vehicles will not be allowed to go outside Dhaka city f) If the supplied vehicle becomes inoperative, it must be immediately replaced with a relatively better-quality vehicle of the same model as per the authority’s instructions and preference. However, the replacement vehicle’s model must not be earlier than 2015 g) If the supplied vehicle becomes inoperative due to a self-starter, battery, or any other reason, a vehicle of similar quality must be provided immediately as a replacement h) In the event of an accident or any other reason causing the vehicle to break down, the supplier must arrange a replacement vehicle of the same type. The purchasing authority will not bear any responsibility for accidents or any other criminal matters; the vehicle supplier will bear all types of liability i) If any third-party loss or damage occurs due to an accident or any unforeseen event, the vehicle supplier will be fully responsible j) At the time of issuing the work order, the number of vehicles may be increased or decreased as necessary
Eligibility criteria:
1. Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract.
2. Quotationer shall have update Trade License & TIN certificate.
3. Quotationer shall have Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the last Assessment Year).
4. Quotationer shall have VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN).
5. Quotationer shall have Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 75,000 tk from any scheduled Bank.
