Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1. Tenderer shall have general experience in supplying goods of last Five years with good reputation (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
2. Tenderers must have experience to supplying similar Type goods/goods amounting to tk. 10.00 (Ten) lakh only within last 5 (Five) years. Tenderers must submit completion certificate supporting to specific work experience, (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system), otherwise the tender will be non-responsive.
3. Tenderers must have liquid asset amounting TK 13.00 (Thirteen ) Lakh only in the form of PG2-7, (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system
4. The tenderder must have updated 13 Digit VAT, TIN, Trade License.
5. Sample must be approved by Procuring Entity before supply of goods.
6. Tenderer must have automated Integrated UV lacquer Line System in their factory to perform Sustainable Water Resistant Finished Surface on Furniture, which is certified by any Govt. Organization of Bangladesh along with TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compound) report from any authorized organization.
7. Certificate of Air Antipollution Equipment System to reduce Air Pollution and Health Hazzard at Factory from any Govt. Organization of Bangladesh.
8. Tenderer must have valid Insurance Policy covering
a) Commercial General Liability
b) Workmen’s Compensation
9. Priority will be given to those firms that have received Awards from authorized organization for their brand, certificate need.
