Brief Description of Package: 01. High Quality Lentils

02. According to the instructions of the Police Headquarters, lentil pulses should be packaged and supplied in high-quality transparent polybags of 3.5kg, 4kg and 5.5kg and the weight of the product, date of production and expiry date should be clearly mentioned on the package.

03. As a general and special condition of the contract, lentils will be supplied as per the sample kept atPolice Ration Store. Kurigram. As per the work order, the required lentils will be transported to Police Ration Store. Kurigram at their own expense and warehoused. The net quantity of lentils will be weighed and delivered without weighing the item. If lentils cannot be supplied as per the sample, legal action will be taken including confiscation.

04. The color and quality of lentils (MUSUR DAL) should be appropriate as per the instructions of Police Headquarters. If the random sample of lentils submitted with the tender is collected and sent to an accredited laboratory for testing, all expenses in this regard will be borne by the tenderer. The lentils supplied by the committee will be accepted on the basis of the test report.

5. Sample needs to be provided

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4333333 ~ 13000000.
