Eligibility criteria:

2. Payment will be made after availability of fund.
3. Tenderer must submit line of credit certificate in PW3-7 prescribed format which is to be uploaded in section 8.Strictly, Credit commitment(s) substantiated by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified format (PW3-7) without alteration, issued not earlier than the day of the publishing date of the tender will be accepted. The format also uploaded at Section 8 of the Tender Document of this tender.
4. All the information,clarification and documents submitted by the tenderer must comply with declaration given.
5. Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the major construction equpments, in full working order (required documents must be submitted).
6. In all cases BWDB technical specification must be followed, which is uploaded in section-8.
