Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 30000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be FIVE (5) years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
2. The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the delivery of similar goods, involving at least ONE (1) contract successfully completed within the last five (5) years, with a total value of at least BDT 1,50,00,000.00 (One Crore Fifty Lakh BDT Only). The five-year period shall be counted backward from the tender submission deadline. A signed completion certificate from the relevant customer must be submitted along with the tender.
3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: quantity ONE (1) to the proposed supply requirement of this package per year.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,50,00,000 (One crore and fifty lakh) only.
5. The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT THREE lac (BDT 3,00,000) in favour of Sub-project Manager, BDResNET: A Comprehensive Research Collaboration Network for Bangladeshi Researchers Utilizing Large Language Models and Graph Neural Networks for Automatic Researcher Profiling, Recommendation, and Ranking.
6. All other criteria as mentioned in the tender document.
