Eligibility criteria:

2. A certificate of ownership of the company
3. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy
4. The minimum specific experience Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number of works of 75% of Estimate cost in a single contract during last 5 (Five) years Under Bangladesh Police.
5. Tenderers are requested to submit only necessary documents to qualify for eligibility criteria. They are discouraged to submit unnecessary additional documents
6. Any non submission of ongoing work or any other information that affect the tender evaluation will be considered as non-eligibility of the tenderer.
7. If the total quoted price is more than 10% (Ten Percent) less or above than the Engineers Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise analysis of Rates in support of his quoted rate. [ Follow PPR-2025, rule 118 (25 & 26)
8. The bidder is hereby cautioned that quoting an abnormally low price compared with the official estimated cost may be treated as an attempt to influence the tender evaluation under Rule 42(2) of PPR 2025 and as a "collusive practice" under Rule 149(2)(c), attracting appropriate action (non-Responsive) under the relevant sub-rules of Rule (BPPA Circular date 04.05.2026) Attached Section No. 8
