Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 10(Ten) years of general experience of Construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) Repair Works successfully completed within the last 05 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Lakh in single contract under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakhs in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 20 (Twenty) lakhs.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 21 (Twenty One) lakhs. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW2/ PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7)
