Eligibility criteria:
1. Having a valid Trade License
2. Having a valid TIN Certificate (e-TIN)
3. VAT Identification Number Certificate
4. Authorization Letter for the responsible person
5. NID copy
6. Experience in supplying various goods, including similar items to various organizations/government entities (at least 2 years).
7. Liquid assets (at least BDT 70,00,000 /Seventy lac only) or Bank Credit line certificate.
