Eligibility criteria:

5. The tenderer must submit a bank statement for the last 1 year.
6. A certificate of ownership of the company.
7. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy.
8. Similar work experience at least 01 years & Over all work experience at least 03 years.
9. The bidder must have its own flour mill or have an agreement with another flour mill. In that case, the contract signed with the owner of the established/reputed wheat grinding mill must be submitted along with the tender. The name, location, etc. of the auto mill must be mentioned in the tender. Otherwise, the tender will be considered as cancelled.
10. The relevant milling mill must have adequate space to store at least 200,000 lakh kg of wheat
11. The wheat milling shortage rate should be below 1.50% and the wheat milling shortage rate should be mentioned in the respective pad.
12.The bidder must submit the milled flour as a sample and upload his receipt in the tender
