Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 28333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 85000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 28333333 ~ 85000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least USD 180,000.00 (USD One Lacs Eighty Thousand) or equivalent currency (exchange rate will be considered as per Bangladesh Bank on date of Opening the tender).
(iii) The tenderer must have experience in supply of at least 01 number 6" Ø x 600 RF “U” Stamp certified Filter Separator/Liquid Separator having working pressure of 1000 psig or above with 20 MMSCFD capacity (minimum) within the last 05 (five) years.
 (iv) The valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate (regarding manufacturing of pressure vessel) of Dry Gas Filter, Filter Separator & Liquid Separator in favour of the manufacturer.
  v) The manufacturer/fabricator must hold a valid ASME “U” Stamp Certificate and have maintained certification continuously for at least five (05) years.
(vi) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be USD 2,50,000.00 (USD Two Lakh Fifty Thousand only) or equivalent currency (exchange rate will be considered as per Bangladesh Bank on date of Opening the tender).
