Eligibility criteria:
1. ISO certificate.
2. Updated Factory Licences.
3. Total turnover must be 2.20 crore taka in the last 3 years.
4. List of Manpower and equipments.
5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1,90,00,000 (One Corer and Nintey Lacs).
6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 2,20,00,000 (Two Corer Twenty Lacs) Taka.
(i. TIN certificate; ii. Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS; and iii. Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number.)
7. Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2024-2025
8. Key Personnel Manpower and Manchinaries List.
9. A partial bill will be paid if 50 percent of the contract value of the goods is delivered, and the full bill will be paid when the remaining 50 percent of the delivery work is completed.
10. The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last 03 (Three) years.
11. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past 03 (Three) years.
12. The amount of the Tender Security shall be 6,60,000.00 (Six Lacs and Sixty Thousand) Taka in favour of Manager, BFIDC, CMP, Chattogram.
