Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction works shall be 5 years..
2. The minimum specific experience as contractor in similar construction works of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at leasTk.13.50 lakh.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15.40 lakh
4.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 15 lakh over the last 5 financial years .
5.The minimum tender capacity shall be: 13.50 lakh
6. The tenderer must possess(i) up to date trade licerise (ii) Up to date income tax payment certificate (iii) VAT registration certificate (iv) Up to date electrical contractor license along with supervisory license (v) Other required eligibility and conditions are provided in TDS and PCC.
7. Must have a certificate of work experience in the police department.
