Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall be a legal registered entity in Bangladesh with Valid Trade License, TIN and VAT Registration Certificate, Income Tax Certificate, Bank Solvency With Last 06 (Six) Month Statement, NID, Citizenship and Character Certificate issued by the local Union Parishad Chairman/Ward Commissioner.
2. The Tendered shall have at least 01 (one) prior experience in supplying Similar Food items to Govt Organisation preferably to Defence Forces such as BD Army/ Navy/ Air/ Coast Guard/ Police/ BGB (Supporting Documents Must be Submitted).
3 The Tenderer shall not be debarred, suspended or blacklisted by any Govt Organisation.
