Brief Description of Package: Installation, Testing & Commission of Central Internet and Data Management System and Related Service for 46 locations including Head Office, 17 Regional Distributional Office (RDO), important establishment (DRS, TBS) at JGTDSL franchise area.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date trade license, VAT & TAX certificate and BIN number.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor shall be Five (05) years.
The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service with multiple contracts of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of Five (05) years and each contract with a value of at least Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh) and the total value of at least of BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (One crore) shall be required.
The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 1,20,00,000.00 (One crore twenty Lac) over the last three (03) financial years.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 45,00,000.00 (Forty-Five Lac).
