Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a)  The tenderer shall have minimum number 03 years of overall experience.
b) The minimum specific experience as a contractor in maintenance & servicing work of minimum 270 RT VRF Air Conditioning system (Daikin) & split type AC at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 12 Lakhs in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 18.00 Lakhs.    
d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
e) Tenderer have to submit (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) VAT Registration Certificate, iv) Authorization letter from manufacturer / authorized distributer of Daikin.
f)  Other required documents and conditions shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be submitted and fulfilled by the tenderer.
g) j) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and PPR-2025.
