3. Must have to obey the Act and Rules of PPR.
4. Must have to obey the Guideline of e-GP System.
5.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4,00,000/- (Four Lakh) TK only for this Tender.
