Brief Description of Package: Procurement, supply, installation, commissioning, validation, and user training of one Next-Generation Genome Sequencing Platform, as per technical specification, for pathogen genomic surveillance and pandemic research under HEAT Project PIN 11019.

The package shall include the main sequencing instrument, required accessories, installation kits, compatible software, necessary operational components, initial validation support, user training, warranty, after-sales service support, and all related services required for successful commissioning and operation at the tender-defined location.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 30000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers shall have valid legal capacity to enter into contract and shall submit valid Trade Licence, TIN Certificate, latest income tax return acknowledgement, VAT Registration/BIN Certificate, and all other documents required under the Tender Document.
The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 years’ general experience in the supply of scientific, laboratory, medical, molecular biology, genomics, diagnostic, or equivalent equipment and related services.
The Tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of at least 1 contract for supply, installation and commissioning of similar scientific/laboratory equipment, preferably genome sequencing platform, next-generation sequencing platform, molecular biology equipment, diagnostic sequencing system, or equivalent high-value laboratory instrument, within the last 5 years, with a minimum contract value of BDT 90,00,000.
The Tenderer shall submit Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter for the offered equipment, technical brochures/data sheets, country of origin declaration, item-by-item technical compliance statement, warranty/service support commitment, and evidence of after-sales service capacity in Bangladesh.
The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid asset/working capital/credit line/specific credit commitment of BDT 1,00,00,000.
Tenderers under suspension, debarment, bankruptcy, insolvency, conflict of interest, or restriction by any Development Partner shall not be eligible.
