The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer shall be one (01) year.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least Two (02) contract(s) of boring/ rain water harvesting successfully completed within the last five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 15 Lac.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.40 Lac over the last one (01) financial year in the last five (05) financial years.
Liquid asset shall be Tk.08 Lac.
The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 16 Lac.
