* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 50000000.

1. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutinizing of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
2. Only copy of Completion Certificate as prescribed format of works supported by work order will be considered for evaluation.
3. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR-2025 Rule-127(1,2,3).
4. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
5. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
6. If the quoted rate is abnormal less/above must submit rate analysis
7. Any document submitted outside the prescribed form shall not be considered.
