Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Lilen Package- 1 for the F. Y 2025-2026 Upazila health complex, Tungipara, Gopalganj. 
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
i) Updated 2025-26 Financial Year related Business Trade License .
ii) 13 Digit BIN Certificate & BIN online return in the last 3(three) months.
iii) Updated valid Income Tax Certificate (2024-2025) from competent authority.
ix)  Attested specimen signature, Copy of NID and photo of the tender must be submitted.
v) Bank Solvency Certificate in favor of PE.
vi) According to schedule Sample must be submitted before the opening date.100% Sample of item listed in the schedule must be submit before tender closing date as per kept in Upazila Health Complex. At least 70% of the samples must be approved by the Sample Approving Committee. If less than 70% samples unaccepted/Unapproved by the sample approving committee, the tender will be rejected without any reasons.
Note:1. Tenderers should submit their quality products according to the market price of those products. Quality of the submitted products will be scrutinised by the evaluation committee according to the quoted price. If quality of any product doesn't match with the quoted price, evaluation committee will take the final decision accordingly for the betterment of the users.
2.Submitted documents will be cheeked online or by direct mailing with manufacturer. In case of any fraudulent document, tender will be rejected and tenderer or company will be blacklisted. Please fulfill/ submit all required information. Otherwise, tenderer will be considered as a non-responsive.
