* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9000000 ~ 27000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC: (i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of at least Two [2] contracts successfully completed under public sector within the last three [3] of years , each with a value of at least Tk. 70,00,000.00 [Seventy Lakh Only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 80,00,000.00 [Eighty lakh] only.
Special Instruction: (i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, Agricutural marketing officer's certificate, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2025-2026) etc.(ii) Supplier should confirm after sale services, Original Manufacturar authorization certificate for Probiotics, Multienzyme. (iii) Supplier should have Original Manufacturar's Test certificate (Test result from reknowned abroad lab is acceptable) for Probiotics,Multienzyme, otherwise Tenderer shall be considered as Non-Responsive.
