Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number of Gas Connection Work successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 5.00 (five) lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have Tk.6.00 (Six) lac
6.The Tenderer must possess i) an up-to-date valid Trade license ii) an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR (2023-24) iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR iv) an up-to-date Titas T&D Gas license (1.2 & 1.3 both)
7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
8. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
9. Have to follow all rules of Titas Gas Line
