Eligibility criteria:
1. Payment of work will be made on available of budget & fund release. For this no Claim/interest of Delaying of Payment will be entertain.
2. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
3. Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2025.
4. Quantity of work may extremely increase or decrease.
