Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2833333 ~ 8500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. The Tenderer/ Manufacturer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General Experience in the supply of goods & related service.
b. The minimum Specific Experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Chemicals) of at least 1 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, each with value of at least Tk. 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakh Taka).
c. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 25,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Five Lakh only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
d. The Tenderer should have valid and updated Trade License, Valid VAT Certificate,Valid TIN Certificate, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGB PLC Procurement Policy 2026, Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules 2025 and its subsequent Amendments.
