Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have proven any type of work experience worthing any price amount with any Government, Semi-Government, State-Owned Enterprise (SOE), Autonomous Body, Corporation, or Public Sector Organization.
Such experience shall be evidenced through completion certificates, work orders, contracts, or other relevant documentary proof acceptable to the Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC). The adequacy, relevance, and authenticity of the submitted experience shall be determined solely by the Technical Evaluation Committee, whose decision in this regard shall be final.
Note: The requirement may be relaxed at the discretion of the Technical Evaluation Committee where justified by the overall capacity and qualifications of the Tenderer.
