* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5700000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA,2006 and PPR,2025 rules & regulation; b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD): (I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 13,00,000/-. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.] (III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be (Form PG2-7) Tk. 13,50,000/-. [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system] (IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier. (V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with e-TIN Certificate. (VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate. VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers / Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier) [When applicable]. (VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company). IX) The Contractor/Company/Business Establishment is required to declaration on Letter head pad the F/Y-2025-2026 that his establishment is non-Blacklisted. (XI) If a Tenderer submits any kind of false information of any attached paper then the TEC can make the tender non-responsive for public interest. (XII) The Tenderer shall possess and submit a valid license relevant to trading and storage of food grains/foodstuffs or agricultural marketing.
