Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1100000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1100000 ~ 3300000.
Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of works i.e. Re-sinking of Deep tubewell for irrigation at least minimum work order value of Tk. 9.0 (Nine) lakh under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 12.0 (Twelve) lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form of tender and contract forms;
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 8.0 (Eight) lakh during the last 5 years;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender documents.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased according to field condition/design/ budget allocation so that no claim will be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
