Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must possesses a valid 1st class civil works contractor updated licence byGovernments, semi-governments, autonomous body. or
Updated licence (1.3 or 1.4 class) issued by Petrobangla.company is also eligible.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience as a prime contractor of civil work specially valve pit construction/maintenance successfully completedwithin the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10 (Ten) Lac.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit limits of the Tenderershall be minimum Tk. 20 (Twenty) lac.
