Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid Trade License.
2. VAT/ BIN Registration Certificate.
3. Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
4. Updated Income tax payment certificate.
5. Updated Audit report last (3) three year with DVC.
6. Bank Statements for last one month with minimum balance 80.00 lac
7. The Tenderer must submit IRC Certificate.
8. Manufacturer's Authorization for all items.
9. Manufacture's and supplier must submit ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems. Certificate .
10. The Tenderer must submit 10 (Ten) years’ experience of similar business.
11. Minimum 02 (Two) Service Engineer CV attached with TD.
12. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract tk 80.00 lac with in last five years.
13. Tenderer must have minimum one service center with necessary service engineer
14. Tenderer should submit Membership certificate of chamber of commerce industry or related chamber.
