Brief Description of Package: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 33KV, Each Single Length 7 Km x 4 run x 1C, 300 sq.mm Submarine Cable (Total Cable Length: each 7.0 Km x 4 x 1C=28 Km) including Landing Station and other related works on Turnkey Basis under the Project of Upgradation and Extension of Power Distribution System in Monpura Island, WZPDCL, Khulna.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 483333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1450000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 483333333 ~ 1450000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Lead Partner/JVCA partner or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar to the proposed plant and services of at least a number of [2 (two)] contract(s) of *similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last [10 (Ten)] years, each with a value of at least [BDT 30 crore or equivalent USD 2.45 Million].
The above contracts should meet the criteria mentioned below-
1. Both Contracts must include Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 33KV or higher voltage level of similar or larger diameter Submarine Cable including landing stations with a contract value of at least BDT 30 (Thirty) crore or equivalent within last 10 (ten) calendar years from the date of Tender Notice, in electricity utility.
2. Both Contracts shall be in successful operation for at least 1 Year.
3. One of the above 02 (two) contracts must be Executed outside Tenderer's country preferably the similar tropical climate of Bangladesh.
In addition, the performance of the completed turnkey contracts and ongoing turnkey contract(s) as mentioned in Attachment: 5-1 and Attachment: 5-2 shall be taken into consideration during evaluation.
4. The Tenderer should submit the evidence of installation vessel (with Model, Type & Capacity) that performed for the above works.

*Similar nature means: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 33KV or higher voltage level of similar or larger diameter of Submarine Cable including Landing station.
