a) Updated and valid enlisted contractor under Chattogram PWD Division-1 according to PWD enlishment financial Limit and criteria are elgible to participate the procurement process.1st/2nd/3rd class license is eligible if enlisted under PWD Division-1 .
b) Attested copy of the following mentioned documents to be submitted.
1.Upto Date Income Tax Certificate,
2 Upto DateTIN Certificate,
3.Upto Date Valid VAT Registration Certificate,
4. Upto DateTrade License.
5. Upto Date PWD Division-1 Enlishment Paper.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk 5.00 (Five) Lac Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this
purpose (Form PW2b-3).
(d) Other required eligibility and conditions mentioned in TDS.
