Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. A copy of the valid HED Enlistment Document under HED, Circle-2, Chattogram (Chattogram, Rangamati, Khagrachari, Cox’s Bazar, Bandarban, Noakhali, Feni and Laxmipur District).
2. Up to date Trade License , VAT Registration Certificate , Income Tax clearence Certificate & National ID/Smart Card.
3.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 9.00 Lakh
4. Tenderer, who failed to start the work in any project of Health Engineering Department (HED), Chittagong Division, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare without any reasonable cause can not take part in this e-Tender notice
5. Others eligibility remain as per TDS.
The Tender Validity period shall be 120 days.
