Eligibility criteria:
1. Updated valid Trade License
2. Value Added Tax ( VAT) Certificate /BIN Certificate with VAT payment varification copy 2025-2026
3. TIN Certificate with tax clearance FY 2025-2026
4. Updated valid License from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment
5. General experience of the tenderer in contracting industries in public sector 5 ( five ) years
6. Must have minium specific experience as service provider in probing service personnel of at least one contract ( to comply with this requirment service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete ) of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 1 ( One ) years with a value of 100 (One Hundread) lac during last 5 years
7. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shal be at least at the amount TK. 60 ( SIXTY ) Lac oer the last 3 ( Three ) years
8. Minium amount of financial resources as Liquid assets or working capital or credit line or specific credit commitment or any combination of them of theTenderer shall be 33 ( thirty Three ) Lac
