* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 25000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 75000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 25000000 ~ 75000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Up To Date Trade license.
2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and Up to date income tax paid certificate or slip.
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Photocopy of national ID.
5. Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank.
6. Three years Experience certificate in this field. Proven certificate with supply tract record to be submitted. Experience shall be backward calculated from the tender publishing date.
7. As experience Minimum 01 (One) purchase order of Caustic Soda ( Flakes) along with proven certificate must be submitted by the Bidder. Amount of purchase order will be minimum Tk 50 (fifty) lakh.
8. Analytical report & Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of Caustic Soda Flakes by the manufacturer should be provided.
9. Manufacturer/Distributor letter of Authorization have to be submitted along with the offer.
10.Part delivery and part payment will be allowed.
