* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of Building Construction Works (with pre-cast pile) from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in a single contract of minimum value at least Tk.150.00 lakh.
iii. Total construction turnover shall be greater than .Tk.170x5 = 850.00 Lac, over the last 5 (Five) years. (FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025).
iv. The minimum amounts of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tendered shall be BDT 60.00 (Twenty) Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer shall instruct to the conceded bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
v. Required Audit Reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past 1 (One) year. (Audit Report is must)
vi. Satisfying all other Criterion laid down in the TDS and PCC must be satisfied.
