Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 30000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 90000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 30000000 ~ 90000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must have an updated ABC Category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from the Electrical Licensing Board of GoB.
2. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or supplyer and having 11KV line Construction experience.
3. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply, Instalation & Construction of 11KV Line Hardware Materials with fittings & related services.
4. (a) The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Conductor & Electric line construction materials (pole Fittings) of minimum Tk.150.00 lakh under the last 05 (five) years maximum 02 (Two) contracts any Government/Semi- Government/ Autonomous organization.
b) The tenderer shall have experience for similar work successfully completed over the last 5 years in a single work order amounting Tk. 40 lakh.
c) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities Tk. 300 lakh.
5. In all cases,the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer.
6.The tenderer shall submit one nos samples of each item (All coductor Item Sample will be 1 meter) at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission must be uploaded with the tender
7. Tenderer shall have Valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN, VAT
8. Work order will be issued after availability of site and fund.
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
