Eligibility criteria:
1) All the tenderers/firms must be registered with BPPA through e-GP portal.
2) Payment will be made after the availability of funds.
3) The tenderer must submit his/her documents following the latest instructions and formats of BPPA.
4) Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract. Quotationer, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit certified photocopies of latest documents related to valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Number and Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 1,20,000/- (One Lakh Twenty Thousand) only from any scheduled Bank; without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive.
