Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 7000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contracts successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 18.15 lakh.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 21.00 lakh.
4. The Tenderer must possess (i) Upto date Trade License (ii) Upto date Income tax certificate (iii) VAT registration certificate (iv) NID of the tenderer (vi) Past three(3) months bank statement
5. Manufacturer/ Delarship/distributorship authorization letter or contract deed with the importers/manufacturer.
6. Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
7. Sample 2 Litter Edible Oil (Soybean Oil) must be submitted to the PE Office as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
8. Must submit a certificate starting that you are not blacklisted.
10.Company Profile including permanent and local address of the bid signing authority.
11. 03 Certified sample signatures on your company Pad.
