Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 7500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of similar goods such as TV, Chest Freezer, Fan, Electric Heater etc to Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations.
2. The Tenderer must have specific experience of satisfactory completion of at least one (01) contract of similar nature, complexity, and value of not less than Tk.17.50 (Seventeen Lakh Fifty Thousand) Lakh within the last 03 (three) years. Only contract agreements with Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations shall be accepted.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the tenderers shall be Tk.25 (Twenty Five) Lakh only.
4.The Tenderer shall possess a valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.
5.All offered goods must be brand new, unused, and compliant with the Schedule of Requirements.
6. The Tenderer shall ensure delivery, installation, and testing within the specified period and must be capable of providing on-site after-sales service and warranty support.
7. Required documents include Authorization Letter, updated Trade License, VAT and Tax Certificates, Bank Solvency, Liquid Asset Certificate, Experience Certificates, Manufacturer's Authorization, Warranty Certificate, Legal Declaration, Product Catalogue, etc. as stated in the tender document.
