* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. At least 5 years’ experience in IT industry is Mandatory. Evidence must be submitted by documents such as Work Order or Job Completion Certificate etc.
2. Minimum supply value of Smart ID Card under single contract of value Tk. 10,00,000/- in any Government, or Semi Government or Autonomous body in the last Three Years. Experiences of delivering Mifare 4K cards will be considered only.
3. Minimum number of supplying Smart ID Card under single contract is 2000 in any Government, or Semi Government or Autonomous body in the last Three Years.
4. Liquid asset/ credit facilities: at least TK 15,00,000/- requirements may be in the form of approved/ committed credit facilities by a schedule bank (mentioning the name of work).
5. Up to date Trade License.
6. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
7. VAT Registration Certificate.
8. Satisfying other criteria’s laid down in the tender date sheet (TDS) of the tender documents.
