• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be
one (1) year.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least
Two (2) contract(s) of excavation/ boring/ rain water harvesting successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each
with a value of at least Tk. 21 Lac.
• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.
44 Lac over the last one (01) financial year in the last five (05) financial years.
• Liquid asset shall be Tk. 9.5 Lac.
• The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 30 Lac.
