Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall submit with its tender the following additional documents
1. Up to date valid trade license.
2. TIN and up to date Income TAX acknowledgement Certificate/slip.
3. VAT Registration Certificate.
4. Experience Certificate of supplying similar goods in any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous organization minimum Tk. 10,00,000 (Ten Lac only) under single contract within last (5) five years.
5. The quality of the fabrics will be similar with BPDB's sample; the awarded tenderer will supply the dress of the same quality of color; prior to approval of sample fabrics supplied by tenderer.
6. The tenderer must submit the tailor's details, address and authorization from the tailor/garments stating that they will provide the same items as per sample and required quantity.
7. having cash credit facility/Credit line not less than BDT 14 (Fourteen) Lac.
