* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer/supplier shall have General experience in the supply of goods and related services of at least 03 (Three) years.
(b).The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,000 (Taka Ten Lac).
(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15,00,000.00 (Taka Fifteen Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
(d) The tenderer/supplier shall have valid updated Trade License, valid VAT Certificate,BIN,valid TIN Certificate, shall be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, Manufacturer Authorization, shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGB PLC Procurement Policy, e-GP guide line, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2025.
(e) Completion/Acceptance certificate shall be considered as an experience certificate.
