Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000000 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.
b. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lakh).
c. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) orspecific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh)
d. Tenderer shall have to submit at least 01 (one) end-user certificate from any power plant/ power utilities/ industrial establishment confirming that a minimum 70 kWp grid tied solar PV plant constructed by the tenderer has been operating satisfactorily for at least one (01) year.
e. Declaration from the Tenderer confirming compliance to attachment 1: “Additional Terms & Conditions of the Contract” mentioned in Section-6 of the Tender Document and stating that this declaration shall be binding upon the Tenderer.
