Brief Description of Package: Construction of RCC Drain (Waste water outlet Drain) in Lieu of Old Damaged Hume Pipe at Carew & Co.

Work Schedule:

1. Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches, including layout by excavation earth to the lines, grades 

2. Supplying and laying of single layer polythene sheet weighing one kilogram per 6.5 square meter in floor or any where below cement concrete complete in all respect and accepted by Engineer-in-charge.

3. Mass concrete (1:2:4) in foundation or in floor with cement, sand (F.M. 1.2) and picked jhama brick chips including breaking of chips, screening, mixing, Mass concrete in foundation (1:2:4) with brick chips and local sand of F.M. 1.2. Reinforced cement concrete works with minimum cement content relates to mix ratio 1:1.5:3 having maximum water cement ratio = 0.40 and minimum f'cr = 33.5 MPa, satisfying a specified compressive strength fâ??c = 25 MPa at 28 days on standard cylinders as per standard practice of Code ACI/BNBC/ASTM, Cement conforming to BDS EN-197-1-CEM-I, 52.5N Grade 500 (B500DWR: complying BDS ISO 6935-2:2016 / ASTM A615) ribbed or deformed bar produced and marked according to Bangladesh standard, with minimum yield strength, fy (ReH)= 500 MPa and whatever is the yield strength within allowable limit

4. Minimum 12 mm thick cement sand (F.M. 1.2) plaster with neat cement finishing to plinth wall with cement (1:4) up to 150 mm below ground level

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 10000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have
i) Valid & updated trade license.
ii) Valid & updated income tax & TIN certificate
iii) Valid VAT/BIN registration certificate
3. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience of similar Works.
4. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of similar Works of minimum Tk. 20.00 Lac under single contract within last 03 (Three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP System) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
5. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities shall be Tk 30,00,000.00 (Thirty lac)
