Brief Description of Package: Renovate old Molassess pit (60'-0''x60'-0''x12'-0'') and its yard for use as service water reservoir:

1. Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil for foundation trenches including layout, providing center lines,

2. Mass concrete (1:2:4) in foundation or in floor with cement, sand (F.M. 1.2) and picked jhama brick chips including breaking of chips,

3. One layer brick flat soling in foundation or in floor.

4. Minimum 12 mm thick cement sand (F.M. 1.2) plaster with neat cement finishing to plinth wall with cement (1:4)

5. Reinforced cement concrete works with minimum cement content relates to mix ratio 1:2:4 having maximum water cement.

6. Grade 400 (B400DWR / B420DWR: complying BDS ISO 6935-2:2016 / ASTM A615) ribbed or deformed bar produced and marked according to Bangladesh standard, with minimum yield strength, fy (ReH)= 400 MPa but fy not exceeding 480 MPa

7. Supply of excavator and dump truck with operator, fuel, carring charge etc. for removing rubbsh stacked in site, whole Site cleaning , Surface/wall preparation, Walkway Dressing & levelling, Removing all weeds & tree roots from the site and store yeard, levelling, dressing work etc. all complete and accepted by the Engineer-incharge.

8. Make a shed (12'x12') for pump by collecting all necessary materials fron Carew's store. Contractor supply all necessary manpower, machine, welding rod, cutter, gas, cable, holder etc. and complete the work as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
9. Brick works with first class bricks with cement sand (F.M. 1.2) mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth, filling the joints/interstices f (Cement: CEM-II/B-M)

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have

3. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 02 (Two) years of general experience of similar Works.
4. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of similar Works of minimum Tk. 5.00 Lac under single contract within last 02 (Two) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP System) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
5. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities shall be Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight lac)
