Brief Description of Package: Provision of sedan car rental service for official transportation from Motijheel to Mohammadpur, including driver, fuel, and maintenance, for a duration of 02 (two) years.
Eligibility criteria:
(1) Sedan Car (AXIO) of at least 2016 or latest and must have updated Route permit, Tax Token, Fitness Certificate , TIN Certificate, VIN and Others.
(2) Tenderers will have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
(3) Tenderers will be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
(4) Tenderers shall have fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh
(5) The Tenderer/Bidder is blacklisted/debarred by any agency will be treated as disqualified.
