Eligibility criteria:
The Minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in building construction works of Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization at least 01 (one) number contract of similiar nature construction works, complexity and method/construction technology successfully completed in within the last 05 (five) years, which with a value of at least TK. 220 (Two Hundred and Twenty) lakh & Proper up to date documentary evidence should be provided.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Here,
i. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
ii. The start date of the earliest construction works completed satisfactory under public sector will be considered for calculating the period of general experience.
iii. The Tenderer shall have to attach relevant experience certificates issued by concerned PE (Procuring Entity) but not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
