Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:
a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the electro-mechanical works.
b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of VRF AC in a single contract with a mimnimum value of Tk.475.00 (Four Hundred Seventy Five Lac ) in a Single Contract under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies within last 5(Five) years. (Years counting from the date of IFT)
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 8,00,00,000.00 (Eight Crore) over the last 5(five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as per STD Form PW3-8.
e)The Tenderer must posses:
i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate obtained by NBR
iii) Up-to-date valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
iv) Valid ABC category Contactory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board .
(v) The tenderer must have Manufacturer Authorization certificate from the Manufacturers.
vi) Valid IRC Certificate.
Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the TDS, ITT & GCC.
