Brief Description of Package: 1) High quality Polao Rice (Chinigura/Khalojira Chal).
2) The Tenderers must be directly submitted minimum One/Half (01) kg (packaged) transparent plastic container/poly bag of High Quality Polao Rice (Chinigura/Khalojira Chal) along with the brand name of rice and mentioned tenderers name and address as a sample for evaluation to the Procuring Entity office at Superintendent of Police, Panchagarh (2nd Floor) from 28/03/26 to 29/03/26, Time-09.00 AM to 14.00 PM and 30/03/26 Time- 09.00 AM to 12.00 PM.

3) No sample will be received after 12.00 PM on 30/03/26 and without submission of sample, the tender will be considered as Non-Responsive.

All documents must be attested by a 1st class gazette officer. If all the information mentioned or any information is not correct, the tender will be considered Non-Responsive.
